Prices include water, electricity and gas. If you do not want to bring your own bed linens and towels the price is €15 per person. Then the beds are made when you arrive and we take care of the laundry when you leave. Final cleaning €140. Thirty per cent of the rent must be paid within two weeks after booking. The remaining rent must be paid no later than two weeks before arrival. The deposit is €300. Tourist tax is added at € 3.05 / day and person (over 17 years). No pets allowed and no smoking indoors.
